Direct deposit is required, if you are changing your bank or bank account, simply complete the Direct Deposit Form and submit it to Human Resources.

Typically open enrollment is a two week period during the fall months. Employees can opt in or out of benefit programs, adjust life insurance coverage, and change beneficiaries during open enrollment. Employees that elect to participate in Flexible Spending Account programs must do so each year, otherwise they will be removed from the program.
You may change your health, life, and disability insurance coverage, and in some cases your Flexible Spending Account, when one or more of the following qualifying life events occur:
