Violations of the policies will result in disciplinary actions by Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which could include termination and prosecution. THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FRANKLIN COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS IS AT WILL AND EMPLOYMENT CAN BE TERMINATED AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE OR NOTICE AT THE OPTION OF EITHER THE FRANKLIN COUNTY COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OR THE EMPLOYEE.
