Lori Francescon

Chief Probation Officer

Lori Francescon began a career working with offenders in 1993 as a Resident Advisor for the Community Based Correctional Facility, and in 1995 she became a Case Manager. In 1997 she became a Probation Officer with the APD. Later that same year, Lori gained experience as a Manager by returning to the CBCF as the Support Services Manager.

In 1999 she decided to leave the CBCF altogether and return to the APD, working in the Sex Offender Unit. In 2001, she was promoted to the Administrative Assistant position and, again, promoted in 2004 to a Classification Manager position. Beginning in 2013, she decided that she wanted to work more closely with offenders and experience the application of Evidence Based Practices in supervision and became a Senior Probation Officer.
