As the Chief Probation Officer, Lori Francescon serves as a member of the Court’s Executive Team and oversees the overall operations of the Adult Probation Department while maintaining compliance with existing federal and state laws and regulations. She ensures the day to day operations align with industry standards while promoting the use of evidence based practices and risk reduction strategies.
