Each case is unique. General rules are difficult to articulate. The court is always willing to meet with counsel to discuss any pending matter. Telephone conferences upon request.

Status Conferences

Pre-Trials
Clients need not be present unless ordered by the court. Clients should be available by phone if necessary.

Discovery
The court does not get involved in discovery disputes unless it is satisfied that counsel have exhausted all reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

Settlement Conferences
