Continuances or Amended Case Schedules
Motions to continue/amend the case schedule should provide the Court with an estimated time frame for the requested extension (eg: an additional 3 months is needed to complete discovery and prepare for trial) so the Court can independently select new dates/deadlines if the request is granted. |
Trials
Generally, Jury instructions should be provided in electronic format, either on a CD or via e-mail to the staff attorney, on or before the first day of trial.
