RULE 29:

Court Records Management and Retention

            Pursuant to Rule 26(G) of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, this court has adopted a records retention schedule.  A copy of the records retention schedule is on file in the administrative offices of the court and also at the Franklin County Records Commission, 373 South High Street, 26^th Floor, Columbus, Ohio, and may be reviewed at either location.  The Franklin County Clerk of Courts shall dispose of case files in accordance with the Court's records retention schedule, and may extend the time for case file disposal beyond the period specified in said records retention schedule.
