Mediation Services provides mediation services in six (6) areas which are listed below:

The Mediation of abuse, neglect and dependency cases (MAND Program) provides an alternative for parties involved in a formal court filing involving allegations of child abuse, neglect or dependency. In 2000 mediators mediated 63 cases in which 75% reached full agreement.

Juvenile Victim Offender Mediation Program (JVOMP) brings together juvenile offenders and their victims in an attempt to have the parties resolve conflicts without formal court intervention. Thirty volunteer mediators mediated 260 cases with 93% of the cases reaching full agreement.

The Juvenile Domestic Violence Mediation Program provides a safe place to discuss family concerns and issues arising out of domestic violence incidents.

Companionship Mediation provides an alternative to contempt litigation for parents who are having difficulties with Court ordered visitation.

The Access Visitation Mediation for Never-Married Parents Program helps parents develop a visitation schedule that is in the best interest of their children.

In the Domestic Relations Mediation Program the mediator facilitates communication between parties involved in a Divorce or a Domestic Relations dispute.
