NOTICE OF RECORD DESTRUCTION

Pursuant to Rule 26 of the Rules of Superintendence for Ohio Courts, the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch, hereby provides notice to all parties that have tendered exhibits, depositions or transcripts in court hearings conducted prior to January 1, 2007, that those items will be destroyed if not retrieved from the Court by June 1, 2012. Additionally, all transcribed and untranscribed court reporter notes and copies of transcripts taken prior to January 1, 2007 will also be destroyed. Any party desiring to retrieve exhibits, depositions or transcripts, or wishing to order a transcript should contact Maureen Hamby at (614)525-3631 for Domestic Relations Division cases. This does not apply to any proceedings that a record was made by a Juvenile Court Stenographer.
