Domestic Relations and Juvenile
Court Administration
As
Court Director, Karen S. Casey, Esq. reports to five (5) elected
judges, and is responsible for all administrative management
functions of the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts, as
well as the Juvenile Detention Center. The Court Director
functions as the Courts Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is
also responsible for oversight and control of $23,000,000 in
annual County General Funds, State of Ohio Grant funds and operational
appropriations, and manages a court-wide support staff of 400
employees.
