RULE 36:
PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGATION

Unless otherwise ordered by the assigned judge, a pre-sentence investigation shall be ordered in any adjudication of delinquency for the commission of a felony offense for any juvenile that is not currently being supervised by the juvenile probation department.
