Habilitation Services provides comprehensive services for 10-18 year old youth referred to the Court. The goal of programming is to develop skills needed to function in society. Clear standards for behavior, awareness of accountability and consequences for actions are stressed. Habilitation Services offers the following services using qualified facilitators:
